King Charles III's sister continues to face health challenges after suffering a concussion at her estate Gatcombe Park. As a result of the injury, Anne is not able to remember all the details about the incident, a royal source told NBC News on June 25.
The 73-year-old was hospitalized in Bristol "as a precautionary measure for observation" following the accident at her country home, the Buckingham Palace announced June 24.
Noting she is "expected to make a full and swift recovery," the palace continued, "The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to The Princess for a speedy recovery."

While she recovers, she bowed out of a state banquet with Japanese officials on June 25 and canceled her trip to Canada that was slated for later this week, per the outlet.
Her concussion is not the only illness the royal family has faced this year: Charles and daughter-in-law Kate Middleton both shared they were diagnosed with cancer. The Princess of Wales—who is undergoing chemotherapy—made her first public appearance of the year on June 15 while celebrating Trooping the Colour in honor of Charles' birthday.
"I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days," she wrote on Instagram the day prior. "On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."
In her social media update, Kate—who married Prince William in 2011—also thanked the public for "all the kind messages of support and encouragement" amid her health journey.
"I have been blown away," she noted. "It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times."
