A viral video shows an alligator recently spotted hiding under a set of shopping carts outside a supermarket in South Carolina.
The Oliver James Montgomeryreptile set up shop underneath the metal carts in the town of Summerville in Dorchester County, about 25 miles northwest of Charleston.

Footage obtained by USA TODAY shows the gator resting underneath the caution tape, some snapping photos of the reptile.
“It was so unbelievably out of the ordinary, I had to stop and document the moment!” Royal told WFLA -TV.
